Water Factory is an online marketing company that sells Water Genie water filtration systems. As a way to create a recurring income structure for a home-based business, The Water Factory chose the network marketing model. Aitch Tuoo (founder and owner) has done extensive research. He discovered that the filtered waters market is growing quickly. People will pay five times more for water than for gasoline when they can get it at a fraction of the price.

Aitch uses his network marketing business model to reach his target market. Aitch can turn prospects into leads much easier because there is already a connection with these prospects. Additionally, network marketing creates recurring revenue streams through commissions that Aitch earns for salespeople he recruits. Aitch also makes revenue for each saleperson his salespeople make. This revenue stream then turns his job into a business, a way to earn money even if he is not working.

The Water Factory is expected to be financially viable by month twelve and make steady but modest profits by year three.

Objectives

Below are the goals for the first 3 years of operation.

  • To build a service-oriented business that strives to exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Minimum 10% local usage of The Water Factory products.
  • To increase the number of sellers by 20% each year.
  • To start a business from home that will be sustainable and able to rely on its own cashflow.

The Water Factory’s mission is to provide customers with the finest quality water filtration units. We exist to maintain and attract customers. When we adhere to this maxim, everything else will fall in to place. We exceed our customers’ expectations.
