This plan will help us define our services and make the necessary investments to open this facility. 1.1 Objectives

The goals of the Greek Golf Teaching Centers are:

  1. Selling 200 memberships in year 1, 300 in year 2, and 400 in year 3, respectively.
  2. Organization and development of different teams, depending on the business type, their availability, etc., to ensure they are fully staffed.
  3. Sponsor and/or support one event during year one, two or three in year two, and four events in year three.
  4. In the first year, demonstrate a net profit margin.

Atmosphere of facility: By creating an unmatched “cool” atmosphere in the Greek Golf Training Centers through the use of first class equipment and targeting facilities, elegant and comfortable lobby, showers and changing rooms, floors, colors and decoration, people will want to frequent our facility often and recommend it to their colleagues and friends. Additionally, we will have more members.
  3. Knowledgeable/qualified staff and management: By providing the users of the facility with knowledgeable and qualified staff who show genuine concern for the patrons, people will feel comfortable and confident that the Greek Golf Training Centers can meet all of their golf and fitness needs.
