ReHabiliments was founded in Sandybar Harbour, as a Limited Liability Corporation. The company sells clothing and apparel including casual and active wear, work-out gear and leather coats. It also offers baseball jackets and head gear. ReHabiliments markets its product line as “ReHab Your Wardrobe – ReHab Your World,” and commits a portion of the company’s sales revenues to programs that transform the lives of the less fortunate and abolish the exploitation of children forced into activities such as scavenging, rag-picking or marginal economic activities in the streets, drug trafficking, criminal activities, physical and sexual abuse, forced labor, debt bondage, and prostitution.

L. Owerd Emlynes founded the company’s ‘#8220’ ReHabiliments. He was a manager for a musical performance group. Mr. Emlynes thought of ways to promote the group and increase revenues by selling sweatshirts and T-shirts bearing the logo, name and slogan of the group &#8217.

After purchasing $500 in clothing (e.g., tee shirts and sweat shirts), Mr. Emlynes had the apparel designed and silk-screened and then negotiated with two clothing stores in the Sandybar Harbour area to carry the clothing. Both stores sold out in less than a week.

Mr. Emlynes thought of taking the music group’s marketing strategy one more step and creating a whole clothing line around the theme of harmony. It was then agreed that the clothing line, known as “ReHabiliments”, and the company (e.g. ReHabiliments), would only be owned by Mr. Emlynes.

ReHabiliments is founded upon harmony. Its clothing line is built on the principle that harmony is harmony in thought, harmony of purpose, harmony in humility. People are more united when they share the same purpose. They are also supported and accepted regardless of their flaws. When purchasing “ReHabiliments”, consumers make a conscious decision that they want to be a part of a community dedicated towards the greater good.

Lately, Mr. Emlynes is exploring the potential of &#8220/ReHabiliments&#8221′, expanding the line with a variety of apparel. With personal marketing efforts and out of pocket funds, he has sold over $6,000 worth of products to numerous venues including the New York City Jacob Javits Convention Center, the Atlanta Black Expo, GA, the Anaheim Convention Center, CA, street fairs in Englewood and various online, ecommerce sales.

ReHabiliments’#8217 are looking for funding to expand and establish a reputable shopfront. To further develop the business and business infrastructure, product and/or service development, extensive marketing and positioning, we also require additional funding. Based on market growth projections, the company will generate very healthy sales revenue in Fiscal Years 1, 2, and 3.

  • Clothing for sizes between toddler and 5XL.
  • You must establish and adhere to ‘#8220 best practices in all important business processes. This includes ethical production practices (no child labour), extensive training programs, tools and measurement.
