Velocipede/Snowpede supplies both snowshoes as well as bicycles with a detailed log/map that each customer can use to track their journeys. This will show them the best hiking and biking trails. Eugene is ideal for these types of activities because of it’s enthusiastic cycling population, and proximity to the Cascade Mt. range.

While Eugene has several rental stores for bicycles and snowshoes, their primary line of businesses is retail, with rentals as an ancillary distraction. VS will make use of their exceptional customer service and gain market share. They expect to be profitable by month nine and earn $150,000 in revenues in year two.
