CorbelArch Real Estate Inspectors will perform thorough, objective and detailed inspections of real estate properties. We offer a full menu of services to realtors and their clients. Our inspection services include, but are not limited to, existing residential and commercial properties, all new construction, condos, manufactured homes, 11th month inspections (when new home warranties are nearing expiration), and pre-listing inspections (to identify areas of concern prior to market listing).

Fully licensed , Bonded and Insured

Ourstate Realty Commission (ORC), as well as other nationally accredited institutions, has granted us Professional Real Estate licenses. We have bonds for field personnel and $1,000,000 in General Liability Insurance as well.


Thorough Inspections

Each property is thoroughly examined with no maximum time allowed, according to guidelines provided by American Society of Home Inspectors. Our inspections meet or exceed industry accepted standards and fully comply with the ORC Standards of Practice.


Computerized Reports

CorbelArch reports include a checklist and a narrative format. They also have summary pages and color photographs to aid in understanding. The reports can be emailed and securely uploaded to our web hosting. Hard copies can also be printed or faxed upon request.


Pro Equipment

To ensure thorough inspection, we use state-of the-art equipment. There are many other tools that can be used to inspect your property, such as moisture meters, circuit testers, gas detection and infrared thermostats.
